Your “message me” link on your blog is broken so I had to reblog to answer this. It’s a “game” called 漢字そのまま (Kanji Sonomama). I use it as a dictionary because I couldn’t decide what electronic dictionary to buy 2 years ago and now it’s just become a mainstay when I’m translating. Far more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing than 90% of commercial electronic dictionaries.
